Yes. We work with planning consultants and engineers to support planning applications, Section 278 and 38 agreements, drainage strategies, SuDS design and flood risk requirements. We also coordinate with statutory undertakers for utilities diversions and upgrades.
We deliver both design & build and traditional projects. Many clients prefer design & build so we can take single‑point responsibility for design coordination, value engineering and buildability, but we are equally happy to work from a full consultant design team.
Initially we can work from outline floor areas, target clear height, site address, basic layout sketches and any known planning constraints. If available, site surveys, ground investigation reports and existing services information will help us provide a more accurate budget or fixed‑price quotation.
Timelines depend on complexity. Small warehouses (10k-20k sq ft) typically take 4-6 months. Medium (20k-50k sq ft) take 6-9 months. Large distribution centres can take 9-18 months. We use fast-track steel erection to minimize delays.
